An ITR site allows your customers to gather pre-packaged information about your business at their convenience using SMS. Anything from the closest location to hours of operation or setting a reservation can all be done through your ITR site.

Q:Once Broadplay Mobile sends a text message, how long does it take to reach my customers?
A:Text message delivery usually takes between 5-30 seconds after the request is sent to the carrier network. Occasionally, this can take upward of 1-hour if there is an excessive amount of text messaging traffic on the wireless carrier networks.

Q: What is an opt-in and why do I need one?
A: In compliance with Canadian law, no text message can be sent from a business to a consumer without that consumer previously agreeing or “opting in” to that business’ SMS program.
